Step 1. Consider the components of your newspaper: Photographs,
Artwork/Graphics/Logos, Text |

Step 2. For each page of your newspaper, take 2 blank 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. On one, roughly outline the
boxes (see below) and in each box print a number. This tells us where you want the components of your newspaper. |

On the second blank sheet, print the numbers and tell us what
you want in each of the boxes. |

We now have the content and directions as to where you
want your information. |

A preliminary layout will be designed and a .pdf file
will be e-mailed to you. |

|
Proofing for corrections and changes is now simple and
immediate over the telephone. Last minute NEW LISTINGS can be inserted minutes before
press time. |
|
|
This system is immediate and flexible to accommodate the
time-sensitivity of the Real Estate industry. |
