Step 1. Consider the components of your newspaper: Photographs, Artwork/Graphics/Logos, Text
Step 2. For each page of your newspaper, take 2 blank 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. On one, roughly outline the boxes (see below) and in each box print a number. This tells us where you want the components of your newspaper.

On the second blank sheet, print the numbers and tell us what you want in each of the boxes.
1 Headshot coming as .jpg by email
2 Toronto & Area (over "Homes" logo)
3 Ad from Chev Dealer being sent as .jpg by email
4 Feature Home of the Month: Photo being sent by email in .jpg format and text being sent in .txt format also by email
5 Company logo being sent by email as .jpg file
6 My name, phone number, email address, etc. being sent by email in .txt format
7 An ad from architect being sent by email in .jpg format
Do this for each of your pages and fax to 905-831-2062 and e-mail the .jpg and .txt files to: info@HomesNewspaper.com
We now have the content and directions as to where you want your information.
A preliminary layout will be designed and a .pdf file will be e-mailed to you.
Proofing for corrections and changes is now simple and immediate over the telephone. Last minute NEW LISTINGS can be inserted minutes before press time.
This system is immediate and flexible to accommodate the time-sensitivity of the Real Estate industry.
